Guidelines for reporting suspected cheating:
1. Do not make your suspicions public -
In the ACBL the accused has a right to keep accusations
private until the charges are proven.

2. Report what you have seen and/or heard to your unit or district recorder.
Player Memo forms are available from your recorder, the ACBL 
and many of your club directors

3. Do not tell anyone what you suspect.
Making unproved accusations of cheating public is as serious a
violation of ethics as cheating is.
